## Tools
- epa_check (free): FREE. EPA-regulated facilities in a US ZIP code with compliance status — count, violators and top 3 worst.
- facility_search (Pro): PRO. Search EPA facilities by company/facility name (+ optional state) — compliance, violations, inspections, penalties.
- area_report (Pro): PRO. Environmental due-diligence for a ZIP: all active facilities, significant violators, penalties — for property buyers, lenders and site selection.

## Buying (agents)
1. POST https://us-epa-compliance-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/checkout -> {checkout_url, session_id}. A human (or a payment-capable agent) completes Stripe Checkout at checkout_url.
2. GET https://us-epa-compliance-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/token?session_id=... -> {access_token}.
3. Send Authorization: Bearer <access_token> to https://us-epa-compliance-mcp.donniertf.workers.dev/mcp (or pass access_token in tool arguments).
